After Hours Emergency Line
Munch's Supply has an After Hours Emergency Line to better service our customers. Call our emergency hotline and a Munch representative will call you back within 1 hour to discuss the details of your request.
Instructions:
- Call (815) 723-1111 & enter ext. #3118 - Speak slowly and clearly.
- Leave a message with your company name, a call back #, item(s) needed, and the store you would like to pick up at.
- Within 1 hour *(between 8:00am - 8:00 pm) a Munch representative will call you back to discuss the details of your request.
- A $100 cash fee is to be paid to the person who meets you at the store after hours. A $200 cash fee is to be paid if it's a holiday.
*NOTE: Munch's Supply will not open at any time after dark.
